Policies & Terms
When you book an appointment or purchase products from Inner G Loc Studio or Rooted N Inner G Haircare, you agree to the following policies:

Refund Policy
Haircare Products:
Due to health and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
Services:
All service sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 3 days, and we will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns.

Booking Policy
Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost.
Cancellations:
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will forfeit your deposit and/or incur a fee.
No-Shows:
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost and may be refused future appointments.
Late Arrivals:
• 7+ minutes late: Late fee applies.
• 12+ minutes late: Appointment may be canceled and marked as a no-show.
Guests:
Only the person receiving the service is permitted in the suite. No additional guests, children, or pets are allowed without prior approval.
Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including:
• Disruptive or disrespectful behavior
• Repeated no-shows or lateness
• Failure to comply with salon policies
Payments:
All payments are due at the time of service. We accept credit/debit cards and other electronic payment methods.
